At Imagine Learning Studios we're passionate about what we do: transforming the classroom experience through the use of powerful edtech and research-based pedagogy to nurture and inspire the next generation of problem solvers.
We're agile and responsible, iterating our products to meet the changing needs of our customers, but we also make time to sit on the balcony at lunchtime or cuddle today's office dog. We define our own culture at Imagine Learning Studios. It's a culture of encouragement and support. We've created a social and collaborative environment where we always strive to go above and beyond – both in our own work and for each other.
Our story started in a leafy corner of Glasgow, Scotland, which is where our UK headquarters remain. Today, we work across many different time zones and have a hybrid working style. In 2021, we joined forces with US-based Imagine Learning, who share our vision to create magical learning experiences. Since then we've continued to expand and can’t wait to welcome more passionate and talented people into our team.

Imagine Learning was built by educators, for educators. We are the sum of 10 million students and over 20,000 schools worldwide, across 25 of the nation's largest school districts in the US. It Doesn't Stop There...
Our mission is to create unforgettable educational experiences that help to secure access and equity for all students. To help achieve this, we have partnered with UNICEF and Imperial College London on a new initiative to create science content for the Learning Passport, a digital personalised learning platform for children and young people at risk of missing out on high-quality education due to conflicts and emergencies.

What Tech Development Do
The technical team work with all areas of the business, but we organise ourselves around upcoming projects and tasks with the help of product owners and UX gurus.
How We Do It
The team takes ownership of our work – from requirements gathering, through development, to completion. Our development stack comprises React and Node.js, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes and AWS.

What Editorial Do
Whether it's developing lessons, testing hands-on activities, mapping standards, copy editing or QCing films, the content team ensures all our print and digital resources inspire learners and meet high-quality standards.
How We Do It
To meet strict deadlines, we use Microsoft 365 to track project interdependencies. Adobe Acrobat and InDesign are also key tools for marking up and making content fixes.
